Now more than ever, people are staying active well into their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. They're getting off the couch and feeling better than ever.

And some people are pushing their active lifestyle to the extreme.

Allan Johnson is a rodeo champion. He's been competing since he was 16 years old ... in 1946. Yes, he is an 80-year-old rodeo champion who is still active on the rodeo circuit!

Allan says he has spent his entire life living on ranches and surrounded by rodeo horses, so he's never seen a reason to stop. And he's not even the oldest one in the ring. He says one of his good friends in Texas is 86 years old and still competing!

Allan explains what he hopes younger rodeo riders learn from him and what they tell him about the example he's setting.
