Tiny Caizel is a big-time winner with a small name.

At this year's National Senior Games, not only did she star in track and field, she also led The Villages Golden Gals to the gold medal in softball.

The 69-year-old described to Growing Bolder what it was like medaling in three events and how big of a role sports has played throughout her life.
