Sue Walsh is the best female swimmer between the ages of 45 and 49 on the planet.
At the recent U.S. Masters championship, she entered six events and won all six. To top it off, she set a world record in each event.
Sue was a superstar swimmer at the University of North Carolina in the 1980s, but like many former elite athletes, her passion for sports was set aside for her passion for family (her children, Sarah, Shelby and Shawn, are pictured on the right).
Now, the 11-time national champion is back and better than ever. Find out what got her back into the pool and why she's encouraging her own children to swim, despite the tremendous sacrifices required to become a world-class competitor.
