Dotsie Bregel has created an online home devoted to issues important to Boomer women.

She's the founder of the National Association of Baby Boomer Women and the Web site, www.boomerwomenspeak.com. She says despite the fact that it's a very diverse group, there are some issues that unify the women.

She talked to Growing Bolder about getting the business off the ground and what it's like to bring women from around the world together in one community.
