Your Yorkie is sooooo cute.

I have a poodle mix puppy.  My poodle (Shortcake) pulls her bows out of her hair too.

I love this Yorkie!  The jewels really set her off well.  How do you get the barrett to stay in her hair?  I've tried this with my Yorkie Ginger but barretts just won't stay in.  I have found that Ginger is quite picky about hair ornaments.  She only likes certain color bows!  If she doesn't like the color, she takes it out very quickly.  If she likes it she will leave it in the whole week!
