We hear a whole lot about the importance of diet. Many people are swapping out red meat and incorporating more vegetables, fruit and fish into their diets, but there is a growing problem with that.

We are running out of seafood -- it's either being overcaught or dying off due to pollution. If we don't do something about it right now, it could have catastrophic results.

There is one person out there on a mission to save our oceans before it's too late. He's the grandson of the most well-known oceanographer of all time -- Jacques Cousteau -- and he's using what he learned in his family to help our families and the oceans survive.

Fabien Cousteau says we're at a crossroads of potential dire consquenecs but also great hope. He explains how big the problem we're facing is and how every community around the world has a role and a place in stopping this worldwide issue.

Find out why he's such a strong believer in people power.

Plus, he explains his Eat a Fish, Plant a Fish program and how it's creating new nurseries for future generations of sea life and protecting the land at the same time.

And Fabien takes us inside his famous family to describe what it's like to grow up in the world's oceans.
