Be Happy and Healthy

mallard.jpg     Hello to all who read this article , This is my first time  writing in , I am a  " Healthy and  Happy " 60 year old  enjoying life to the fullest , I teach a strength N stretch class every morning and that starts my day , I highly recommend that   you to join a gym near you and start to feel better than you have in years ,  Check out the  " Aerobic room " I also teach an  "   Active Older adult program' with  weights and rubber bands and a fun movement to get the cardio going   I do this early in the morning and I have the rest of the day to   do as I please.' Make the gym  a part of  your live  - it is a lifestye - you can't live without       Here's to healthy living ,  God Bless ,  Jean'ne
