One of my personal favorites. Fish! Anything that lives underneath the waters surface; salmon, flounder, shrimp, scallops, clams, crab legs, mahi-mahi, tuna, etc................

yum

One of my favorite dishes, compliments to the Absdiet:

    Hot Pink
    Prep time: 14 mins
    Makes 2 servings

    6 oz Atlantic Salmon Fillet
    1 Green Onion
    1 tsp. Cilantro
    1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
    4 tsp. Light Soy Sauce
2 pinches Tabasco Sauce (I use Crystals hot sauce, and MORE than 2 pinches.. I like it hot)
    1 tsp. Olive Oil

On a foil lined pan, place fish in top oven rack under preheated broiler. Broil 2-4 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Mix soy sauce, oil, hot sauce, ginger, onion, and cilantro in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave mix on high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Remove fish from oven. Transfer to plate, then pour heated soy mixture over fish.

I think I can find the nutritional info to add to this sometime. And I'll work on getting a picture too!

I jsut cooked some Basa.  My son who complains about fish anytime I cook it did not even notice.  I blackened it.  The texture is very light.  I am not sure I would blacken it or grill it again but I could deffinitely see stir frying it or maybe making fish for fish tacos with it.
