Glenda Guilfoyle is a real-life dancing queen. She started as a coveted Radio City Music Hall Rockette at the age of 17 and at 74, she's still moving her feet to the music.

Like millions, Quin Bommelje is a big fan of the dance competition shows on TV. She convinced her husband to sign up for lessons with her, but now, the woman who couldn't dance, is waltzing her way to the winner's circle in top competitions.

For Diane in Washington, D.C., Growing Bolder means getting down! She sent us a video called Funny Funky White Girl with a note that said, "My dancing video will show (your) viewers you can still be a kid and have fun at 65." Amen, Diane!

Beverly Allen was all about defying expectations. She swore she'd never stop dancing and she didn't until she passed away this week at the age of 90.
