Growing Bolder Community

A few days ago, someone ditched a dog outside where I work. They just dropped the dog out the door and drove away. The animal is the sweetest thing! A purebred young dog. I don't understand why? When you do that to a dog, it has to wait for several days (depending on where you live) in a kennel with other animals until it can be adopted out.
