It's just a small publicity photo -- or is it? What makes this photo so important to rock and roll hall-of-famer Roger McGuinn? Why is it a priceless memento from the early days of The Byrds?

OK, that's actually a photo of a car exactly like mine. This photo is much better than the ones I've taken. But I've driven my '83 since I bought it in 1984. It has almost 300,000 miles on it and still takes me all over the country in comfort at 30MPG!

This photo was taken at the Lake Guntersville State Park Resort Lodge in Guntersville, Alabama for my 70th Birthday Celebration on August 28, 2008. Pictured here are 8 out of 9 grandkids - my ninth one, Julia Mitchell, was born after this photo was taken
