This was taken in Cincinnati in 1968. I bought a 1938 (I think) 2-door Plymouth from Skip Bullard, a kid on my swimming team. I got a $39.95 paint job at Earl Scheib and I was ready to roll. This was taken after a track meet, hence the costume.
