We all look forward to the off season so we can kick back, relax with friends and a cold beer. Now that its here I find myself restless and feeling like a slug. I went for a run today, just a little 5k, working on heart rate training, an off-season favorite zzzzzz, and felt like I did nothing. Its amazing how little effort it takes to reach 135-145 bpm on your heart rate. It is nice to eat...
