Ruth Frith is a spritely soon to be 100-year-old great-grandmother from Australia who is in serious training for the Sydney 2009 World Masters Games next month. Ruth actually turns 100 during the competition in which she is expected to set world age group records (99+) in all of her events. She'll compete in the the hammer, discus, shot put, javelin, weight pentathlon and weight throw. Mrs Frith will be the only centenarian to compete at this year's Masters Games.
