With her eighth published book making waves around the nation, Ciji Ware celebrated the one-year anniversary of "Rightsizing Your Life" with Growing Bolder.

Her book, which made the Wall Street Journal's Top Five books of 2007 list, helps people simplify their life.

With the holiday season over, cleaning out your things may be a daunting task, but Ware says rightsizing is necessary to make time and space for the things that matter most.

She talked with Growing Bolder about how to rightsize our closets.
