Bobbe Lyon is a real clown -- and that's a good thing!

She used humor to get through the dark days following her husband's death. With five children, the 45-year-old widow decided rather than withdrawing from life she would reinvent hers.

So, she returned to college, and as one of the oldest co-eds on campus, she turned to the lighter side of life and became an expert on the power of humor.

She shared her tips with Growing Bolder for using humor and laughter to get through tough times at home and at work.
