Harold “Bud” Boughton knows what it takes to be a leader. He’s a former business executive, a college football coach and a father.
Through his life experiences, he says he’s come up with four key principles to leadership that he believes we can all live by.
But rather than writing your typical how-to business book, he wrote a novel about a man who learns he has 24 hours to live and sits down to say goodbye to his children.
The result is “Dad’s Last Letter: Leadership Principles for the Next Generation.”
Find out why Bud thinks more of us aren’t leaders in our everyday lives.
