Jim Beaver’s career was at an all-time high. He had just landed a starring role in the HBO series “Deadwood.” He was happily married (to Don Adams’ daughter) and getting used to being a dad.
Then it all fell apart. His wife, Cecily, a non-smoker was diagnosed with lung cancer. His daughter was diagnosed with autism. Then Cecily passed away.
Uncertain where to turn or what to do next, Jim looked deep into himself, his daughter and his friends and began to rebuild. He shares what he learned along the way in his new must-read memoir, “Life’s That Way.”
His frank, honest and heartfelt discussion of what he’s been through is both empowering and inspiring.
