Writer and producer Sara Davidson turned the tables on Hollywood and is back with a vengeance with her book ripping the very city she was driven out of.
After rising to the top in her profession, at the first sign of a slow run, she was fired and had to leave Hollywood because no studio would hire her.
Now, her book about ageism in Hollywood, “LEAP! What Will We Do With the Rest of Our Lives,” is being bid on by all the major networks and if it gets picked up, she’ll ironically be the oldest executive producer in Hollywood.
She talks with Growing Bolder about the obstacles on the way to a show on network TV and the transitions she has experienced in life.
