For decades, Gary US Bonds has put a stamp on music history. His songs have transcended throughout the years and his talent has inspired some of the best musical legends of this era, like Bruce Springsteen.
But this man isn’t done making his legendary music and is still touring, taking his inspiration around with him. Songs like “School is Out,” and “This Little Girl is Mine,” are synonymous with the rocker.
These days, Bonds is still touring and making music, but one thing has changed. On his new album, “Back in 20,” he’s written most of the songs with his daughter, keeping his influential music in the family.
Bonds talks to Growing Bolder about his hundreds of nights out on tour and what’s next in line for him.
