At 100 years old, Connie Sawyer is the world’s oldest working actress, and she has no plans of slowing down.

Throughout her career, which began in 1930, she’s worked with actors like Kirk Douglas, Susan Heyward, Dean Martin and Diane Keaton.

A comedian herself in her early days, she performed with almost every major comedian in the business, including Milton Berle, Jackie Gleason and Billy Crystal. She’s also appeared in major movies such as “When Harry Met Sally” and “Something’s Gotta Give,” and on dozens of TV shows, including “Welcome Back, Kotter,” “Laverne and Shirley”, “Seinfeld” and “The Office.”

She shares stories from earlier in her career and explains how her mother helped her get her start.

And as a still-active and voting member of Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Connie describes why she thinks no other awards system compares to the Oscars. She also reveals her pick for the best film of the year.

Connie also describes what it feels like to be 100 and still working in Hollywood.

She also reveals the one film role she regrets and why she doesn’t look back wistfully at the old days.
