She’s a regular on Oprah Winfrey’s show and has written best-selling books like “Fat over 40,” and her latest, “Fit to Live: The 5-Point Plan to Become Lean, Strong and Fearless for Life.” The book, a sort of manual, highlights the ways women and men over 40 can deal with the biggest health challenges facing them.
Peeke has embraced change and challenges everyone to do the same. She says the problem with our society is stress and the fact that stress directly relates to weight gain.
