At 48, Don Cupo found himself at a crossroads. He had lost his job—and along with it, much of his optimism. So instead of giving up, he decided to take a leap of faith and start over.
Don enrolled at the nation’s second-largest university to pursue his passions for film and music. And since he was already stepping outside his comfort zone, he decided to chase another dream, too: trying out for the marching band.
He made the band, pushed himself in ways he never imagined and discovered that sometimes a new chapter begins when you’re willing to take the first step.
Don had a message for anyone who has lost hope: Don’t stop believing.
