Over 2,000 runners and walkers took to the streets Winter Park, FL for the AdventHealth Winter Park 10K race, and for the first time all of the ages groups 40 and older were designated the Growing Bolder division, presented by Florida Blue Medicare. What gets these folks off their couches on a Saturday morning? The desire to keep moving. To have fun with family and friends. To stay motivated and achieve heath goals. And the love of running.
