From an 81-year-old man who runs to celebrate his life and honor the lessons learned from his grandfather to a 58-year-old grandmother who started running 20 years ago when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, see how the people who gather in communities like this all across the world every weekend have discovered a way to improve their bodies, minds and futures. It only takes one step to change your life. Get the inspiration to get up and moving!
