The National Senior Games Association added a new sport to the 2022 event that aligned perfectly with their host city of Fort Lauderdale: Beach Volleyball. Men and Women over the age of 50 teamed up and took to the sun and sand for more than just medals. The Growing Bolder team dug in on the action at Fort Lauderdale Beach to learn about the health benefits the sport offers for older adults, and how it compares to indoor volleyball.
