He signed his first recording contract back in 1971, at the age of 21, and Mexican crooner Juan Gabriel has been cranking out the hits ever since!
Now 65, Gabriel is one of the most recognized and beloved performers in Latin Music, and has just released a new single from his latest album, Los Dúo (The Duets).
“Querida” is a remake of his hit, originally released in 1984, and features fellow Latin superstar Juanes.
He is also touring in 2015, despite some recent health issues that sent him to the hospital.
Gabriel also believes in making a difference — in 1987, he founded Semjase, a center for orphaned and underserved children in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
