Mindfulness is beneficial to our heath, relationships and work. That’s why the Winter 2020 issue of Growing Bolder magazine has a mindfulness theme and an article from Doro Bush Koch and Tricia Reilly Koch. Doro is the only person in history to be the sister of one U.S. president and the daughter of another. She and Tricia are the founders of BB&R Wellness and creators of the first annual Gasparilla Inn’s Wellness Experience on Gasparilla Island in Boca Grande, Florida. Growing Bolder Founder/CEO Marc Middleton was the opening keynote speaker at the event and sat down with both Doro and Tricia to talk about their work and passion for mindfulness.
