Gil Walton was a lifelong Floridian who loved spending time on the water around Homosassa. A World War II veteran, Gil was 95 when Growing Bolder joined him for a morning of fishing and a look at the family, places and passions that kept him embracing life.
Gil passed away from natural causes on February 17, 2021, at age 95. His love of family, fishing and the Florida outdoors remains part of his story.
