Florida is known for a lot of things, but did you know it’s a great place for horses? The Sunshine State is the third largest equine state in the US. That’s great, but it also means there is a large number who end up neglected, or sometimes abused. Thank goodness for the extraordinary people out there who look out for our four-legged friends, as well as provide a haven for some special volunteers who need some TLC themselves.
